Top service Vriendelijk echtpaar, erg behulpzaam. We hadden onderweg een lekke band gereden, ze kwamen heel snel met een oplossing. Top service. Fietsen zijn van goede kwaliteit.

The magic of Tuscany I hired a really nice Trek Emonda from Simona and Alessio in July. Simona reached out to me on seeing a missed call from my Irish phone number (desperately seeking a carbon bike!). Alessio set the bike up perfectly for me and talked me through several scenic routes (all of which I cycled - and all of which were magical). Thanks so much Simona and Alessio. Your service is super!

Huur hier gewoon je fietsen Top service! De mensen daar zijn super behulpzaam, vriendelijk en enthousiast. Mijn e-bike was heel fijn, de gehuurde racefiets van mijn vriend was ook top. De extra benodigdheden voor de fiets zoals een fietsnavigatie en bidons werden zelfs door ze geregeld. Oh en 1 van de aangeboden fietsroutes die we hebben gedaan ( de Heroes route) was prach-tig!!

Superb bike hire I would highly recommend On the Road in Chianti We hired 3 bikes and a baby trailer from On the road in Chianti during our recent stay. I contacted them on the Sunday via email and received a prompt response and we arranged for them to drop them at our accomodation the following morning. The bikes were well maintained and good value. They fit my Garmin mount and peddles to the road bike and lent us a track pump for the duration of the stay (although this may have been as it was a 12 day hire). They also provided some excellent route ideas. Pick up was equally easily arranged (this time via WhatsApp). They offered us a gelato if we visited them in San Casciano, but sadly we were unable to take them up on this!

on the road in chanti We had a fantastic experience in Greve with "on the road in Chanti". The business owners were so friendly, helpful, punctual and spoke excellent english. They provided us with 3 excellent top end road bikes , spare inner tubes and top quality helmets. At pick up, they helpfully mapped a number of rides for us, listening to the distance and elevations we were comfortable with and gave us a number of maps to ensure we took full advantage of the region. Brilliant service with real personality. Thank you so much and see you next year!

Amazing people! Amazing business! I couldn’t recommend this business highly enough. Three of us from Britain travelled to Tuscany last week on a much anticipated cycling trip. Simona and Alessio’s service couldn’t have been any more charming and helpful. They were always on hand to help us with whatever we needed. Last minute changes to equipment or meeting arrangements were sorted with ease. I had an accident on the road on the penultimate day of the trip. The shooting pain in my neck was nothing in comparison to my guilt about damaging the seat and back wheel of my bike. I needn’t have worried. They both couldn’t have been more understanding and, luckily, no major damage was done to the wheel. Alessio even sent the video evidence of a free moving wheel later the very same evening of our departure! Amazing service!

bike day! super! abbiamo trovato il posto per caso e lo abbiamo salvato subito tra i preferiti 🙂 simona e alessio sono stati super dal primo momento! super bici consegnate addirittura domicilio. super consigli per una super giornata! un ottimo riferimento! ci si sente a casa su due ruote 🙂 bravi bravi!

La maglia gialla è loro Non giudico il prezzo (anche se a mio parere 100 euro al giorno per tre bici elettriche sembra onesto), non giudico le bici perché onestamente non me ne intendo (e comunque non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema tecnico), non giudico il percorso perché le bellezze della Toscana sono rinomate di per sé, ma giudico la disponibilità, simpatia e gentilezza dei titolari, due persone veramente squisite che ci hanno consigliato il percorso da fare e i ristoranti nei quali fermarci; ci hanno accolti al ritorno con dell'acqua fresca, ci hanno offerto un gelato e hanno "coccolato" e scherzato con nostra figlia, regalandole anche una maglietta del loro negozio. Penso che tutti i commercianti dovrebbero imparare da loro, la simpatia e il feeling che instauri con il cliente molte volte sono più importanti del servizio stesso che si offre: bravissimi.
