What an excellent experience. Andrea and Lorenzo found the right bikes, kids bikes, scooter for all of our party of 8. The route they recommended was excellent and away from cars. When one of the bikes got a puncture and we couldn't fix it, Andrea arrived shortly with a new bike and a smile. Thank you!!

Great company to hire your bike and discover Chianti and Tuscany. Bikes were great. Service was great. Communication was great. Already second time we hired bikes here. First time for one day for a group of 8. And now for 4 persons a two day rental.

Having just started our trip on the road from Firenze to ride for 7 days: broken spoke. But luck was with us: YEP bike was around the corner. The mechanic fixed my rearwheel very quick and professionally. Great work. Beautiful bikes for sale also!

Another 5 star review because these guys are the best. We had a broken spoke on our way from Vienna to Rome. It was a very rare (and old) one and needed replacement to continue our journey. These guys had it fixed the next day, what a performance. And the mechanic (special thanks to Mattie) even helped out with our broken luggage rack. More stars should be available for this one. Cercavamo un posto dove noleggiare 2 bici per fare un giro di domenica pomeriggio ed abbiamo trovato loro che ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa. Siamo stati indirizzati sulle bici migliori per noi ed abbiamo fatto una piacevole chiacchierata che ci ha avvicinato un pò dipiù a questo mondo. Tutto molto diretto e veloce, adatto anche per chi come noi è alle prime esperienze. Torneremo sicuramente e li consiglieremo ad i nostri amici.

Fantastic half day in the Chianti Tuscan countryside. Our guide was able to adapt his course to all ages and abilities while keeping us interested with fun facts about the area. My family of 8 ranged from 16 years old to 77….and we all enjoyed it!The bikes were comfortable and in excellent condition.Highly recommend!

Che dire, i meccanici di Yep, con la loro professionalità, disponibilità, pazienza e cortesia, hanno restituito in tempi brevi il sogno di ritornare in sella dopo aver subito un bel danno. Mi hanno consigliato la scelta giusta e mi hanno seguito e aggiornato in tutto il percorso. Molto affidabili.

Capitati durante un giro in zona, ci siamo fermati per un problema meccanico, che non ci faceva proseguire. Abbiamo trovato i ragazzi molto gentili, preparati e competenti. Hanno interrotto quello che stavano facendo e hanno sistemato la bici, per farci ripartire.

Una ventata d’aria fresca. Un giovane sorprendentemente capace e con tanta voglia di imparare, un “ leggerissimamente meno giovane” con tanta esperienza ma ancora con la capacità di ascoltare..un ambiente come pochi ( e qualche negozio l’ho visto..). E se sono riusciti a sistemare finalmente la trazione a un distrutto come me..andate tranquilli 😃

We had a great experience with Alex and Rick on their organized family bike ride! We rode around the Chianti region of Tuscany using a tandem bike for my son and a ride-along seat for my daughter. They had a blast. We got to visit a local farm, meet some friendly animals and picked up some wine along the way. Felt very safe at all times. Thank you Alex and Rick!!

Couldn't be more pleased with this shop, location, owner and location. Offered an espresso immediately after a heartfelt greeting from the owner. This was then complemented by being offered a sweet that was dropped off by a local customer, who was a surgeon and dedicated customer. They understood the type of ride we wanted and had us on our way to what was truly an epic ride. Bravo Yep Bike.

This is a really special spot. I am mostly a road biker and while i didn’t ride the roads here, the rolling hills and textures of the country side have me drooling for more. So does the great equipment at the shop - top gravel and road bikes. Instead i got out of my comfort zone and hit the mtb trails. This place is a mecca for mtb riding. My ebike was super high quality, powerful and agile. My guide, Matti, was able to assess my ability and take me on trails to let me warm up and get comfortable, and then knew when i was ready for the trails that would stretch and challenge me. It was perfect. Best of all were the special vista spots he took us to for views of Florence and the wine valleys. I highly recommend this place.

And the shop is a scene! It’s a place where bikers can really feel comfortable. Hanging out post ride with like minded local cycling aficianados was a highlight. Thanks Yep! Ill be back

we had an incredible day riding with YEP Bikes in the Tuscan hills. The route took us from white gravel climbs to flowing downhills to quiet stretches of countryside that felt straight out of a postcard. Our hosts were amazing, warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the region and the sport. our guide showed us secret spots we never would’ve found on our own. I can’t wait to come back and ride again!! Grazie to our hosts!!

Ho scoperto con piacere da pochi giorni questa realtà. Mi sono trovato benissimo da subito. Un piccolo problema alla ruota posteriore con un preventivo piu' alto di quello che poi in realtà ho pagato ( elemento per niente scontato oggi che di solito è invece l'esatto contrario al rialzo).

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Tag mit den vier E-MTB von Yep Bikes! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen.

Sehr schön waren die Routenvorschläge die auch für Kinder geeignet sind. So konnten wir gemeinsam eine abwechslungsreiche und sichere Tour genießen, die für alle gut machbar war.

It doesn’t get any better than YEP Bike. Don’t bother calling anyone else, they had the best bikes, the most wonderful guides, great prices and customer service was exceptional. I found YEP on google. My wife and I were arriving to port of Livorno on Norwegian cruise ship. We wanted to pack in a full day and see as much as possible. Our bucket list was: mountain bike ride, winery, pizza making class and transportation to and from port of Livorno. YEP planned the entire day for us. They had a whole itinerary with times for each activity. They even had showers at their bike shop. We enjoyed a guided bike ride on e-mountain bikes, private winery tour with lunch, and private pizza making class at Porta Verde. Lorenzo was our driver and guide for the day. He was awesome and Highly recommend. The YEP team can custom tailor a trip to your liking. You won’t be disappointed.

The team at Yep bikes were lovely from the start. I rented an e-bike for three days to accompany my husband who bought his own bike. Easy going and friendly and completely hassle free. The bike itself was comfortable and got me up all the hills of this extremely beautiful countryside and lasted a whole day of riding. Can totally recommend!

We rented 5 full suspension e-bikes to ride the trails at Roveta Trail Center. The bikes and the service at YEP bike was fantastic and the trails at Roveta were surprisingly good. I would love to come back to explore some more!
